Our Service Terms and Guarantees

  1. We shall use our best endeavours to deliver contracts to the agreed specification and on schedule, drawing to your attention immediately to any likely variation or threat to the terms of completion.

  2. We shall keep you regularly informed about progress.

  3. We shall be careful to make use of the skills and expertise of knowledgeable and suitably-qualified consultants, researchers and field workers.

  4. We shall work to appropriate professional ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality, proceeding with discretion, avoiding the likelihood of defamation, and being careful to check the accuracy of all information contained in our reports.

  5. Every effort will be made to ensure our products are of high quality and free of any error.  We shall do our best to check the accuracy of information presented in any reports we produce but, if errors or misrepresentation inadvertently occur, we undertake to issue errata/correction sheets.

  6. We shall maintain professional indemnity insurance.

  7. We shall not publish or communicate to any third party any matter relating to our contract with you or any report arising from the contract, without your prior consent, on the understanding that such consent would not unreasonably be withheld.

  8. We normally expect the intellectual property rights for work undertaken by us to remain vested in REWM, but you would have free licence to use them for your purposes.  Where the terms of your contract do not allow for this, we should like to negotiate joint copyright.

  9. All communication and recommendations in our reports will be made in good faith and on the basis of information available at the time.  We will exercise due diligence in the way we express our views.  We would not expect to be held liable for any loss or damage rising from their expression.
