use our best endeavours to deliver contracts to the agreed
specification and on schedule, drawing to your attention
immediately to any likely variation or threat to the terms
of completion.

We shall keep you
regularly informed about progress.

We shall be careful to
make use of the skills and expertise of knowledgeable and
suitably-qualified consultants, researchers and field
workers.

We shall work to
appropriate professional ethical standards, safeguarding
client confidentiality, proceeding with discretion, avoiding
the likelihood of defamation, and being careful to check the
accuracy of all information contained in our reports.

Every effort will be
made to ensure our products are of high quality and free of
any error. We shall do our best to check the accuracy of
information presented in any reports we produce but, if
errors or misrepresentation inadvertently occur, we
undertake to issue errata/correction sheets.

We shall maintain
professional indemnity insurance.

We shall not publish
or communicate to any third party any matter relating to our
contract with you or any report arising from the contract,
without your prior consent, on the understanding that such
consent would not unreasonably be withheld.

We normally expect the
intellectual property rights for work undertaken by us to
remain vested in REWM, but you would have free licence to
use them for your purposes. Where the terms of your
contract do not allow for this, we should like to negotiate
joint copyright.

All
communication and recommendations in our reports will be
made in good faith and on the basis of information available
at the time. We will exercise due diligence in the way we
express our views. We would not expect to be held liable
for any loss or damage rising from their expression.
