Quality Assurance

We help RECs with quality
assurance and the quality mark.

We produce policies,
procedures and other documents relating to quality areas:
e.g. user-centred services, training and volunteering, to
assist race equality organisations in implementing quality
standards.

We provide advice and support
for race equality organisations on conducting annual reviews
and planning work programmes.

We advise on complaints
procedures and undertake external investigation of
complaints for voluntary, public and private organisations
as requested.

We represent RECs in
discussions with the Equality and Human Rights Commission on
performance-related funding methodology and grant making.

We have the knowledge and experience to develop effective
monitoring systems and performance measures and to
contribute to quality assurance.
